The latest version now includes extensive audio encoding support for external streams. So take a VC1 file with TrueHD and AC3 audio and encode it into x264 with an AC3 and an AAC Matroska file including chapters and subtitles without ever having to leave YAMF. No need to DGIndex the file, create AVISynth files, create separate audio-conversion jobs as in MeGUI
. Plus, unlike MeGUI YAMF works with VFR as input or input files with missing frames.

It fixes an issue where the content rating was not properly identified. Updated opensubtitles.org api. More importantly MediaReader now uses Traileraddict for the trailers. IMDB kept changing its layout and finally prefixing the content with ads - a constant mess.
Traileraddict trailers are of very nice quality.

MP4Box - the swiss knive of MP4 manipulation. You will need MP4box if you want YAMF to automatically multiplex MP4 streams for you (for example for Apple TV compatible material). Otherwise I very much suggest usig the Matroska container instead.
For Linux users - mp4box is part of the GPAC package, ust in case you have a hard time locating it.

Since I decided to split the YAMF code from the actual mplayer/mencoder versions, here a download of the compiled windows binaries from svn, December 27, 2009. These are the exact same binaries as the ones here. I am merely hosting them for convenience. Note that yo still need mkvtoolnix to create Matroska files with YAMF and MP4Box (alos hosted here) if you want to multiplex MP4.
