A YAMF tutorial

I decided to write a short tutorial on how to get started with YAMF. It contains some of the features of v. 0.72 which I will upload in a day or two. The multistream-support is coming along nicely. Check it out here. I also stuck it into the documentation section. I am sure the spelling is bad and the grammar sucks but it's better than nothing ....
